My Account

Any consumer can open his / her account on sanandgroup.com website. It is easy to update your Sanandgroup account and view your orders any time through 'My Account'. 'My Account' allows you complete control over your transactions on Sanandgroup.

• Manage/edit your personal data like address, phone numbers, email ids

• Change your password

• Track the status of your order

Members also get special benefits / promotional offers from time to time.

Once we receive your order, then we confirm receipt of the order and begins processing it. You will receive an email containing the details of your order. In this email you will be provided with a unique Order ID (eg. OD01202130213), a listing of the item(s) you have ordered. You will also be notified when the product(s) are shipped to you. Shipping details will be provided with the respective tracking number(s).

Shopping

You can shop on Sanandgroup by providing just your email ID. While it is not necessary to have an account to shop for and purchase items, it is recommended that you create one. By creating your own account and being our member, you can enjoy a personalized shopping experience, quicker checkout, specialy promotial benefits from time to time and can easily manage your orders as well.

Unfortunately, products listed as 'Out of Stock' are not available for sale.

Payment

Sanandgroup offers you two payment methods. You may use Internet Banking & Paytm to make your purchase.

Shipping

Sanandgroup.com provides FREE SHIPPING THROUGH OUT INDIA on all items for order above Rs.250 ! On orders below Rs. 250, shipping will be charged at Rs. 50 per consignment. To know more about our shipping policy please email us at info@sanandgroup.com

The estimated time of your order will be delivered within 3-7 days of being dispatched from our warehouse depending on the location. We ship the order from our warehouse within 24-48 hours of placing the order and confirmation of payment mode selected.

We process all deliveries preferably through reputed courier agents. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost. If you need your parcel to be shipped by any other logistic company of your choice please reach out to us.

All Sanandgroup items are delivered through reputed courier partners who will provide a Tracking ID for your order. You can track status of your order by login into your Sanandgroup account. Tracking ID's can be checked at respective courier's site.

All items are carefully packaged as to avoid any form of damage.

Order Status

You can review the status of your orders and other related information in the 'My Account' section In My Account page, click on the 'My Orders' link to view the status of all your orders. To view the status of a specific order, click on the 'Order Number' link.

You can cancel your order untill it is dispatched. You cancel it directly by login into Your Account.

Go to ‘My Accounts’ section. In the My Account page, click on the 'My Orders'. Expand order details by clicking on the 'Order Number' link. To cancel, click on the ‘Cancel delivery’ button but once order dispatched you are not able to cancel the order.

While placing an order, if your payment fails but you still wish to order the products, you can go to Your Account and re-order the products from the ‘Pending Orders’ section.

Return and Refund

All products sold at sanandgroup.com are covered under our 3 Day Refund/Replacement Warranty. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you received any product which you have not ordered then we will replace that particular product and your order will be dispatched within 3-7 days after receving your product.

Contact Customer Care via the Contact Us Page or drop an email at info@sanandgroup.com or whatsapp us on +91 9425081404, within 3 days from the date of delivery. The defective/unused product will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately, if available. Return charges are payable by Sanandgroup for domestic (India) shipments and by customer for International shipments.

If you are unhappy with your purchase and want a refund/replacement please write us at info@sanandgroup.com and we will process your refund within 3 days of receiving the products back at our warehouse. If the item you received is broken or faulty, please send us a picture of the same via email communication. We will do our best to process refund request within 3 working days. Please feel free to drop a mail to info@sanandgroup.com for any queries regarding return/refund requests. We would be more than happy to help you in best possible way. You can also reply to any of the emails received by you from Sanandgroup.

If return location of the shipment is India, Sanandgroup will pay the return shipping. We will arrange a return pickup from your location by our logistic partner. If, in any circumstances, we are not able to offer a pickup from your location, you can send us the parcel back by any reputed courier and we will reimburse return shipping charges in form of a gift card, which can be used in any of your next purchases on Sanandgroup.
