A 20-ft FCL holds roughly 2.5 million standard SS scourer units depending on master-carton density; a 40-ft HC roughly 5.5 million. Our normal manufacturing lead time is 21–35 days from approved artwork and signed PO; longer for first-run private label tooling. Standard MOQ starts at one 20-ft container per SKU per program — split-container programs available on the second order once specs are validated.

Our OEM & private-label process

1. Brief & sample. You share target shelf price, retailer spec, packaging direction. We courier a 7-day US sample pack at our cost.
2. Spec lock. We confirm gauge, weight, ply, packaging dimensions, barcode (UPC-A / GS1), and ship a final approval sample for sign-off.
3. PO & deposit. 30% advance against signed PO, 70% against B/L copy. We hold the rate for 90 days once a PO is booked.
4. Production & QC. In-house QC at three stages — wire, knit, finished. Optional third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek) before container loading at your cost.
5. Shipment & documentation. Full document set — Commercial Invoice, Packing List, B/L, Country of Origin, Phytosanitary if requested, ISF 10+2 timeline support.

Can you match a current US private-label SKU?

Yes. Send us a sample of the incumbent SKU. We reverse-engineer gauge, weight, and packaging within 14 days and price-match the spec at FOB Mundra. We’ve matched 40+ incumbent US scourer SKUs since 2020.

Do you support drop-ship to retailer DCs?

For most US programs we ship FOB to your nominated 3PL or DC consolidator. For DDP programs into specific retailer DCs (e.g., Walmart RDC, Target import warehouse), we route through a US freight forwarder and provide ASNs in EDI-856 format.

How do you handle a Section 232 / tariff change?

Our scourers ship under HTS code 7323.10.0000 (iron/steel wool; pot scourers and scouring or polishing pads, gloves and the like). We track tariff schedules monthly and notify customers proactively if any new duty changes their landed cost. We hold our FOB price firm for 90 days post-PO; if tariffs change mid-shipment, that’s a CIF/DDP cost flow-through, never an FOB price change.

What’s the smallest first order you’ll accept?
