Moulding has been a core Healthico/S.Anand Group competency since 1998 — auto components are an extension of that capability, not a new skill. As an automotive plastic parts manufacturer, we bring the same retail-grade discipline — Class-A cosmetic finish, drop-test tolerance, and colour consistency — to 2W/3W assembly requirements. In-house tooling and R&D (50+ developments to date) mean mould design, correction, and iteration happen under one roof, and 1M+ units a day of existing group output means auto programmes scale into current capacity rather than waiting on new capex.

Wear-facing structural part — high stiffness and abrasion resistance under continuous chain contact.

Low-friction bearing component — dimensional stability under vibration and load, running without lubrication.

IATF 16949 (automotive-specific) is in progress, not yet certified — we’d rather say that plainly than have a buyer find out at audit. It is being built on our existing ISO 9001 system, in-house tool room, and multinational vendor-audit history.
